The successful Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Lead candidate will have experience in a customer facing role, helping customers design and create solutions. This includes experience in database management, information architecture, programming, software applications, and workflow. This position will act as primary point of contact for Dynamics CRM related issues and inquires. You will use skill, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the client's business environment in order to achieve the expected business results. This includes a knowledge the Out of the Box (OOB) functionality of the system to understand where business requirements land and if customization is needed or if configuration can resolve the business requirement. Additionally, you will identify opportunities for improvement and understanding the functional capabilities and limitations of Dynamics and drive functional improvements and identify areas for process development within the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. You must be a self-starter, able to complete assignments with minimal supervision and have the ability to mentor and lead more junior members of the team

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
  • 4 or more years of experience with Microsoft CRM
  • 6 or more years of MS SQL RDBMS query languages
  • 7 or more years of experience with the Microsoft .Net C# stack
  • Willingness to travel an average of 50%
Required Education: Associate's Degree/College Diploma
Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree
