Description:
Design and construct software systems
(e.g. test automation fixtures, responders).
Constructs, maintains, and supports
test harnesses, test data generators, and analysis tools.
Interprets and manipulates computer
program's or system's components.
Identifies and addresses complex
testability challenges.
Required experience/skills include:
Proficient in .NET/C# (4 years minimum
experience) Note: Proficient in C# programming with test automation experience
comparable to Framework for Integrated Test (FIT) or other headless test
automation tools/techniques This requires programming skills beyond what most
QA automation engineers do – i.e. generally told what to automate and then
tweak scripts or do minor coding.
Experience with MS tools such as VS
2013/2015, TFS, and SQL Server (“recent” versions will do)
Experience using Angular JS
Experience testing APIs and Web
services
Solid experience with automated API
testing
Strong knowledge of Development and QA
process, methodology and tools.
Highly proficient in white- and
black-box test planning and software testing; including functional, unit,
system, integration, regression, and all other applicable forms of manual and
automated testing
Proven experience working with business
and developers in handling multiple priorities
Understanding of test design techniques.
Experience using Selenium WebDriver and
MSTest - experience with FitNesse is a bonus.
