Responsibilities
- Take-over technical development on current .NET products and begin architecture of add-on features, products and integrations with 3rd- party products
- Manage work delivery of development team (interns and contractors)
- Work with product managers to interpret functional specifications and build use cases and wire-frame design
- Designs will be focused on high/mid-level UML designs of complex business entity objects, business logic layers, data access layer, and ASP .NET pages and user controls
- Provide 4th level support to internal software support personnel
Qualifications
- Only local candidates in the DFW area considered
- Strong pragmatic design skills. Theoreticians need not apply.
- Ability to create resilient, scalable applications from customer business requirements, beginning with the UML design
- 10+ years professional software development experience
- 2+ years with OO technologies such as .NET, Com, C++, Java
- 2+ years designing N-tier systems
- 2+ years with relational databases; SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL writing complex stored procedures
- 2+ years implementing multi-tiered solutions in corporate data networks using web servers, application servers, IIS
- 2+ years experience with .NET framework, ASP.NET / C#
- Bachelors in Computer Science.
- Microsoft MVP, MCSD, MCAD, or MCSE certifications.
